DMCA and Copyright Complaint Policy

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
